Hamilton Sweeps the first Community Cup

Comes out on top in both Men’s and Women’s races.

Maybe this is a surprise? Hamilton comes out on top, even without contributions from neighboring Wenham. Although the majority of the runners were from Hamilton, it looks like their top 5 were strong enough to hold off challenges from Ipswich, Wenham and Beverly.

In the Women’s Race, Hamilton won with a low score of 103. Ipswich takes second with 113 and Wenham pulls into third with 138.

The Men’s Race was a little tighter with Hamilton edging out Ipswich 154 to 167. Middleton and Beverly tied at 173 each, and the Wenham team takes fifth with 318.

Our first race is a runaway success

Thanks to our many generous sponsors and volunteers

We are all very pleased with the success of our first Gabe’s Run.
The event raised nearly $50,000 for the Gabriel Pacione Memorial Scholarship Fund. Over 1000 runners and hundreds of spectators braved the inclement weather for our first annual event. It seems that everyone had a great time, every photo featured smiling faces. We are grateful for the support of our sponsors and the many generous families who contributed to Gabe’s Run.
